Overview

217 Studios is operated by 217 Studios LLC. This site is informational — we don't require accounts and we don't run advertising. The only optional tracking is privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics), and it loads only if you opt in.

What we collect

We don't collect personal information to use this site, and analytics stay off until you allow them. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (AWS) processes standard technical request data (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamp) to deliver and secure the site. If you opt in to analytics, Google Analytics also processes limited usage data on our behalf (see Cookies).

Cookies

Essential cookies are always on — they deliver and secure the site and remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we also enable Google Analytics for privacy-respecting usage measurement; its cookies load only if you allow Analytics in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice anytime via “Manage cookies” in the footer. Video demos (CounterIntel)

217 Studios runs an invite-only demo (CounterIntel footwork analysis) where you may upload a short video. If you use it, here is exactly what happens to that video:

• Why: the clip is processed only to produce your footwork analysis (step counts, cadence, footage quality) and show it back to you.
• Where: it uploads directly to our processing storage on AWS and is analyzed by an automated service. It is never posted publicly.
• The video is auto-deleted: your uploaded clip is automatically deleted after analysis (within about a day) — we don't keep a video library.
• Metadata we keep: we retain some non-video metadata — the analysis results and technical/usage details — for internal purposes such as improving our models and the product experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• Your consent: you acknowledge this processing before uploading, and you should only upload clips you have the right to share.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information. Technical data is processed by our infrastructure providers to operate the site; if you opt in to analytics, usage data is processed by Google as our analytics provider. We don't use any of it for advertising.

Your choices

You control analytics: opt in or out anytime via the cookie banner or “Manage cookies” in the footer. Because we otherwise collect no personal data here, there is little else to access or delete. For questions about your data, contact 217 Studios LLC.
